Q: Does reprocessing count towards the total number of resumes processed?
A: No, reprocessing credits are a separate unit of usage which do not count towards your resumes processed plan.
Q: How can I set a default data order for my resumes?
A: Click on your email address in the top right corner of the navigation bar, then click on "My Account". You can set your "Default Order" by dragging and dropping the fields in your preferred order - the changes save automatically. Once complete, simply navigate away from the page and upload a new resume. If you want to create a new structured resume from a previously uploaded resume, please go to the "Process Resumes" page, then click "Recreate". (Please note that this will delete any changes and modifications made after the original resume was uploaded)
Any new resumes will be created with your newly saved default order. You can always change the data order and presentation of any one resumes by clicking on "Edit Data Order" in the Structured Resume's Show page.
Q: Can I request a feature?
A: Yes, absolutely! Please note that we are a small team working on everything from product to business development, and everything in between; it might take us a little while to evaluate/implement your request. Please send us an email to development@anomaly.ae with "Feature Request" in the subject line. You can also review our future roadmap at www.skygate.network.
Q: Which languages do you support?
A: Skygate currently only fully supports English. We do plan to support additional languages in the future.
